Oculus have recently been appointed on a broad range of projects including: 278 Grays Inn Road, WC1X, Greenway Retail Development Colindale, 23 lowdnes Square Knightsbride W1, Wanstead High Street E11, Vale Road - Tottenham, High Cross Road, Woodend Gardens.

 

Works in construction include 255 Lordship lane ( a residential and commercial development in Haringey), x3 duplex penthouses in Belsize Park London NW3, Golden Bird Restuarant redevelopment (including Basement, steel superstructure and full new construction) 

2016 - 255 Lordship Lane, Consent granted

 

Oculus have recently obtained consent for the construction of a new build mixed use housing development in the London Borough of Haringey.
