Current on site and recently completed projects are all taken from planning to completion. These include:

1- 255 Lordship Lane, N17 - 32 Unit Development including commercial, basement and landscape - £12million 

2- Haverstock Hill, NW3 - Several Properties including complex cladding facades on Penthouse redevelopment -  £4.5million

3- 381 Mile End Road, E2 - Commercial and residential redevelopment inluding basement and structural steel frame - £1million

4- 23 lowdnes Square, London W1 - High End flat redevelopment - £100k

5- 142 Greenwich High Road, London SE10 - Library conversion to high end flat - £120k

6- 6 Lyndhurst Road, London NW3 - Penthouse and redevelopment of blue plaque property £220k  

7‐ Graham Road, NW4 – A single house converted to 7 flats. Build cost £1.45 million

8- Grosvenor Street, London W1 - Prime office redevelopment - £15million

9‐   Manor Park Road, NW10 –  15 units and ground floor commercial. Build cost £2.5million

10‐ 19‐23 Kinnerton Street, SW1X 8EA – Planning and redevelopment for 3 houses Build cost £1.7 million.

11‐ 2 Radnor Place, Paddington. - Luxury house redevelopment. Build cost circa £790k

12- Lynne Court, NW6 – 12 units plus penthouse 4 storey side extension. Build cost circa £1.9million

13‐ Seafield House - Bunker conversion to luxury house. Build cost £4million.

Our work processes involve exploration of client brief, development of scheme in 3D BIM (Building Information Management) and procurement of scheme with a number of key collaborative consultants.
