Proposed Rear and Front Alterations to delapidated existing property

A redevelopment of the existing 5 bedroom house near Golders Green Station. The design of the property has been crafted around the existing plan with a centrally located stair. The redeveloped property would be designed to be spacious and future proofed with modern detailing such as glass roof dormers, bi-fold panaoramic glazed patio doors, Bauder green roof and highly insulated external wall build-up.

 

A reduction of volume has been necessary to work within local contextual contraints.
